Destinations

We only ship orders to Continental US.

Currently we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping fee

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Shipping time

For example, if your destination country/region is the United States, there is a 1-2 business day processing time followed by a 3-6 business day delivery time. Therefore, you can typically expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days from the date of order confirmation.

However, please note that the actual delivery time may be impacted by stock availability. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us to inquire about the stock status at the nearest warehouse to you.

About Customs Tax

Taxes and duties may apply to imported goods/services and are subject to the national laws of the destination country. The prices and shipping charges for products from our store do not include any taxes or duties. Our store is not responsible for any tax invoices issued for its products. If you would like to know more about applicable taxes and duties, please contact your local customs office.

SHIPPING STATUS

You will receive an email notifying you that your order has been shipped. This email will contain a tracking number. Information about any backordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on "Order History" to view the status of your order and obtain a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

Now we only ship to the lower 48 states in the US (Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
