We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from  epowrey.de. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

In the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at SmithAlisa2025@outlook.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package.

Ship Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and mail them to the address we provide. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment promptly, typically within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. For returns that are not due to our error, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges
We currently only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please process a return for the original item and place a new order on our website.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at SmithAlisa2025@outlook.com with photos/videos of the product and its packaging. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
